Roofboxes are one of those little extras that you may not think about until after you need them. However if you are thinking that your current vehicle is not quite big enough then this is a quick, easy and cheaper way of generating a lot more space.
The beauty of a roofbox system is that it is extra space on demand. The Thule System means that you can take your roofbox on and off your vehicle quickly and easily. The Thule roofboxes are very aerodynamic as the second video demonstrates, but if you are concerned about additional fuel consumption then you can remove it with little fuss, allowing you to use it only when you need it if you choose.

Thule is committed to producing roof boxes that are not only strong and safe, but also quiet on the open road, reducing the drag and therefore bettering your fuel consumption compared to less aerodynamic roofboxes.
They do this using wind tunnels to test performance. It is quite an art to get it all just right, as reducing the drag not only makes for a quieter ride, but also saves you fuel, getting it all wrong actually can create lift, which at 100km/hr can be quite unpleasant especially whilst cornering.
