Bowater Toyota recognised as best parts dealers in the land
The Bowater Toyota team strike gold at recent Toyota Dealer Awards, for the 5th time!

It has been quite an amazing year for the very busy Parts Department at Bowater Toyota covering the top of the south and beyond. They have seen unprecented growth over this time, and have realised some excellent opportunities in a very competitive environment. But mostly they have been extemely busy making sure that all that need Toyota Genuine Parts get them on time and for a great price.
This service, and their excellence is not limited to just the Nelson and Tasman area. The team have been able to help customers all over the country as their networks, and skills, mean that they are able to source parts that others find more difficult.This has meant the Bowater Toyota Parts Department has built up an even bigger network, and greater abilities to help even more customers.
All of this hard work has been rewarded with the presentation at the recent Toyota Dealers Awards of the 2013 Toyota Parts Excellence Cup, recognising the outstanding effort the team have put in to be able to support their customers like no others in the country!
This is not the first time that the Bowater Toyota team has won this trophy either.
This years win is infact the 5th time that they have won this prestigious trophy!
It is wonderful to be recogised for a job well done, but more gratifying for the team to receive such high praise that what they are doing, they are doing so well that they are being held up as exemplary in their field.
The upshot of all of this is that when you deal with the Parts Department at any of the Bowater Toyota branches across the region, you can feel secure in the thought that you are dealing with a team that really knows their stuff, and takes immense pride in everything that they do.
Bowater Toyota Parts Department manager Kieron Reilly has been focussing on maintaining his own high standards within the incredibly high standard of the entire Toyota Dealer Parts Network. This means constantly striving to be at the top of the game and always asking tough questions of his department - why is it what we do, how can we improve upon it, and how do we do it better?
The real benefactors in this is of course the customer. At the end of the day awards are mere symbols, what is really important is the day to day interactions between us and our customers. The Parts Department have a huge amount of pride that they do their best each and every day to make sure that when people request parts, be it Toyota Genuine, or Toyota Approved, that it is sourced and delivered as quickly as possible. There is no greater reward than the genuine thanks and appreciation from a customer helped out of a tricky repair situation!
