Jan 09 Waimea Estates Winery leaves their new Toyota Yaris in the vineyard

When it comes to making a great tasting Nelson wine few are better than Waimea Estates.
The Bolitho family have owned and operated the Waimea Estates since 1993, when Trevor and Robyn Bolitho first planted grapes on the Waimea Plains.

Today, the business is run by a dedicated team of professionals headed by Trevor and son Ben, who since 2005 has been the Waimea's Viticulturalist.
Like the Bowater Motor Group they are a family based business with a large and committed focus on the Nelson / Tasman region. You will often see the Waimea Estates flag at many a local event, and their wine on many a local dining table, picnic blanket or BBQ bench.

Waimea Estates are very passionate and professional when it comes to wine making. They are consistently winning award after award, and place quality in high regard. They tend to like to do things properly, so when it came time to purchase a new car for the business they came to Bowater Toyota. They have been proud owners of Toyota's for many years, and recently they just added another one to their stable, this time a Toyota Yaris for their Nelson Sales Rep Chris McCarthy.

One of the striking features of this new 5 door Toyota Yaris, apart from it's amazing fuel efficiency due to the agile 1.3L engine, is the vehicle signage.
This is a car that will garnish plenty of second looks, whilst keeping the fleet's fuel bill to a minimum. At just 5.7L/100km for the manual, this is a car that will get all of the job's done, and not cost a fortune doing it.

The vehicle signage was a collaborative effort, with some forethought during the purchase process as to how it was all going to work best. Bowater Toyota salesman Buzz Bartlett worked with Waimea Estates Anna Bolitho to make sure the final outcome would yeild the best possible effect. The vehicle wrap was produced by our signwriter of choice, Mark Nihotte, The Signman.
He did an amazing job wrapping the vehicle.

The effect is striking and seamless, even up close. Not only does it create a moving billboard for Waimea Estates, but it also sets a rather elegant tone.
The back of the Yaris is quite stunning - a picturesque scene of row after row after row of grape vines. An inspirational view for anyone sitting behind this car at the lights, and perhaps a slightly calming view for someone stuck in rush hour traffic.

Vehicle signage has come along with leaps and bounds over the last couple of years, with advanced materials and new inks now available to create these photo realistic total wraps.
