The Brook Sanctuary moves into town.
You may have noticed some changes going at Bowater Honda's top showroom over the last couple of weeks. The Brook Waimarama Sanctaury Trust have joined with the Bowater Motor Group on Bowater Honda's prime inner city site on the corner of Rutherford & Hardy Streets, creating a brand new Brook Sanctuary Campaign office.

The new campaign office means that the Brook Waimarama Sanctuary Trust will have a much more visible inner city presence, which will hopefully aid them when it comes to raising funds for the "Get behind the Fence" project, as well as generating a higher public awareness for the entire Sanctuary, and the environmental benefits it has for the entire community.
The top showroom of Bowater Honda will be a "shared space", with a couple of new office units being installed to allow the Brook Sanctuary campaign team a workspace, as well as some large tables for meetings, strategising and planning such things as the opening launch party on Friday May 3rd.
The team have been busy greening up the place, bringing with them a wide selection of plants, along with some very stunning art boards of key aspects of the project.

Whilst the creation of the office space is just beginning we still wish to invite you to pop down and take a look, and become a little more familiar with the wonderful work this local environmental project is undertaking.
A key catchphrase you see on their media is "Returning nature to the Nelson Region".
We are very happy that we can help in any way, and are very pleased that the Bowater Honda showroom has an added touch of nature to it now as well.
Keep an eye out on this section of the website to see the changes and developments as they happen, and join with us as we too also learn a little bit more about this very vital and ambitious local project, and of those behind it.
